These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website https://pirintransfers.com and all transfer booking services provided by Pirin Trans 96 LTD. By booking a transfer or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We offer private and group transportation services in Bulgaria and to neighboring countries (Greece, Turkey, Romania, North Macedonia, Serbia). The service includes pickup, drop-off, and optional extras as specified during the booking process.

3. Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made online through our website.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information (name, contact, number of passengers, pickup/drop-off address, date/time).

  • Confirmation will be sent by email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us.

4. Payments

  • Payment can be made online or in cash upon pickup, depending on the selected option.

  • Prices are final and include taxes unless otherwise specified.

  • Any changes to the reservation must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a full charge.

  • In case of no-show, the booking is considered non-refundable.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are not allowed in the vehicle.

  • Damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the customer.

7. Luggage Policy

  • Standard luggage allowance: one suitcase and one hand luggage per passenger.

  • Please notify us in advance if you have oversized items (skis, bikes, etc.).

8. Delays & Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).

  • In the rare case of vehicle unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute a similar-class vehicle.

9. Travel Documents

  • Passengers are responsible for carrying valid identification and travel documents (for international transfers).

  • We are not responsible for denied border entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

10. Data Protection

  • We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share personal data except as required to provide the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria.
